We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. “Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. They began the project on time, finished on time and the price of the project was exactly the price we agreed upon (to the penny). We would recommend them for sure!!!”

“I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”

I think this story really exemplifies their level of professionalism: we were having my baby shower at our house and the bathroom still needed to be finished, but unfortunately, a huge snowstorm came and delayed almost every piece of the final installation.
