“We worked with Advanced Renovations on a complicated kitchen remodel, that demanded the talents and skill set that can only be found in a company as professional as Advanced Renovations. Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. Being in the business I get to see it all, but never have I seen a company that goes to the level that Advanced Renovations will. That go the distance and then some. Bravo Advanced Renovations!”

“We hired Gene Glaze because of his experience and expertise in ADA standards. (We are retired and planning to "age in place.) Turned out to be a great choice. Gene is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is highly regarded by his subcontractors, and hires the best. His site supervisor and head carpenter, Jeff, is delightful to work with and an outstanding craftsman. We're more than a year out from our major remodel, and I have no complaints or concerns. His designs (three baths, back deck, bedroom updates, extensive electrical work and plumbing) were imaginative and highly functional. His landscaping crew did great work, as did the roofer, concrete mason installing a new pathway from driveway to front doors. Interior painting and exterior siding were executed professionally.”

“We have been very pleased with the addition/ kitchen remodel Distinctive Design/Build/Remodel completed for us. We outgrew our previous kitchen space and I had been frustrated with many aspects of the kitchen design. Vince and Erin listened to the challenges we had in our old space and came up with a design that has worked out as we had hoped for our new space. I love my kitchen again and we really enjoy our additional sunroom and mudroom space. The flow and ample storage areas work out well for our large family. All of the team, including subcontractors, were polite and safety conscious which was important with 4 children from 4 to 12 around the home. We were kept up to date regarding progress and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The remodel took a little bit longer than expected, and we were a little naive about the energy it took to move items within our house and live with upheaval for a time, however the results were well worth it!!!”

Space was limited with a sloped roof to contend with…Pete designed a plan that worked despite having limited space…Pete’s team handled construction, plumbing, electrical, purchasing, and inspection / clean-up…The crew could not have been more courteous / polite / accommodating.”

“I am a Real Estate Broker and my wife and I also buy and rehab homes for resale and to keep in our rental portfolio. Cody and his crew have done several jobs for me personally and for clients of mine. They are great at what they do and I have always achieved nothing but the best and most professional results in each of our projects. Each project was on time, but more importantly on budget.
