“We were very happy with the work done by Christenson Exteriors. We had all the windows on the main floor of our house replaced and reframed . Randy came when he said he would, got the job completed and cleaned up within the time frame we were given and I believe he did an exemplary job. He also gave us professional quality estimates and was very patient about giving estimates for alternative scenarios. I shopped around ahead of time and believe that his prices are very competitive . I would definitely go back to his company.”

“My experience with Gateway Sunrooms and Shades was a positive experience. I knew what I wanted and my representative, Peter Thiessen, was quick to get me the design drawings and quotes. He tailored a specific design around our existing home, decks and garage and made an excellent fit that doesn't look like a cheap add on. We had one small warranty issue that Peter attended to immediately and to our satisfaction. They were careful , respectful and considerate to my family, home and pets during construction. The project came in right on time and budget . We will enjoy the two rooms we added to our home for years.”

I was working on an estate home done in a Tuscan Villa inspired design and they were able to offer the unique and solid quality of doors, baseboard and casing that were in keeping with the overall design and feel we were trying to achieve. “Blackforest wood is a company in Calgary that has attest selection of wood and other products for the wood enthusiast. But one thing I didn't know till recently when I was at a homeshow and then went in to check them out in thier store. I was quite impressed that they make custom doors. The doors are really Top end and very high in craftsmanship. The ease of designing it was something that I as an architect, found it exciting to work with them on other projects. I would highly recommend Black Forest Wood Products. Their product is one which is perfect for every custom home.”

“I hired Old West to replace the two entry doors into my home, as well as the window in my en suite bathroom. From start to finish I found all the staff to be professionals. The sales rep was very friendly and knowledge able; Shauna, with whom I worked to schedule the installation, was extremely helpful when it came to gathering information and very patient/accomodating when I had to shift my project schedule around (door & window replacement was part of a much larger renovation); and the craftsman who perfomred the istallation demonstrated the highest level of skill in their trade and were very friendly and courtious while in our home. They replace two 32" doors with 36" doors and a window in about half a day.”

“All of the following was built with solid sapele mahagany. Interior doors along with jams including 5 that were hand carved. Blind boxes for every window in the house, which form the header for each window along with a door on hinges that runs the full length of the bottom of the blind box which can be opened to install/service the blind if necessary. Window casings, door casings and headers, baseboards, and risers and crowns. Ceiling beams in four rooms. Columns, fireplace and one entire wall in the great room are paneled with solid sapele mahogany including hand carving done in some of the panels. A large two door front door was also constructed of solid sapele mahogany.”
