His expertise made what could be a stressful experience renovating and starting up a new dental practice much easier than we anticipated. We can’t say enough about the hardworking crew and the timely and excellent workmanship we received working with Craig and his team. Craig is punctual, dependable, and does an excellent job managing subcontractors to get the project done to the satisfaction of the client. They even finished ahead of schedule, allowing us to open our business early! We have had needs for work urgently come up around our home, as well, and Boyd Construction always expediently helps get things fixed up the way we need them! “We hired Jeff Rice last year to work with us on designing our retirement home. He took our thoughts about what we wanted to have in our custom home and designed it better than we had imagined. He walked us through every part of the design process and what he came up with surpassed our dreams. Anytime we called with a question he would answer or meet with us. Jeff is very easy to talk to and excellent at designing and staying within your budget. Our house is in the building stage right now and we have gotten great comments on our design. We have given Jeff's name to a few people who were interested in working with him. Thanks Jeff, for our wonderful retirement home and we will continue to pass along JRN Design.”

“We hired Dawn to design what I would call a rustic-lux kitchen, she did a very professional job in the initial discussion, design, and implementation of this project. It was nearly a year in the planning phase, and when it all came together, it was like "wow!" I would never had the courage to mix cabinet colors like she did, or implement a stone facade around the cook stove. For anyone thinking that a designer just designs to their own taste, and not theirs, I would say a good designer takes what is in your head, and makes it a reality. Thank you, Dawn. It was on time and on budget.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Gemma to update our family room and kitchen. The results are outstanding! Gemma's incredible eye for design and extremely professional working style made the project a pleasure from start to finish. Gemma has an excellent eye for detail and architecture. She took my many inspiration photos and created new spaces that feel as though they've always been in our home. She thought of every last detail, so the spaces feel truly finished. Gemma is a great communicator and there were no surprises. She was clear about what our budget would permit, and was creative about making it work. She has excellent taste and has clear opinions, which helped me make good decisions. Gemma has outstanding resources in Chicago and long working relationships with those vendors -- it was clear how much they trust and respect her taste. From furniture to artwork to window treatments to accessories, she can make anything happen. We are thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely work with her again. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.”

“Jen did a total kitchen remodel for us. Our kitchen is very small. Without adding square footage or knocking down walls, it visually appears to be twice its original size. The amount of storage we now have is probably 3 times what we had previously. The space is so user-friendly now. Jen listened carefully to what we wanted and was sensitive to our decorating style. She offered wonderful ideas and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen.”
