She has a great eye for color and pattern, and helps narrow down the amount of tile options for her customers from thousands, to a handful - as our tile showroom is quite extensive. The tile orders that she places with our store are always clear and concise. Her thoughtfulness and attention detail show from start to finish. “Trudie redesigned and renovated our master bedroom and bathroom. The old, out-dated design and layout was completely reconfigured to provide a greater sense of space, natural light and functional flow. Throughout the design process, Trudie was equal parts attentive to our considerations and completely understood what we wanted as a finished product. She offered her expert advice and collaborated with us, seamlessly incorporating our ideas. During the demolition and construction, she was ever present and professionally directed the process. We could not be happier with the entire experience and the end result. Trudie is innovative, has great taste and is above all, extremely capable. We highly recommend Trudie and Puskedra Homes.”

“We have done 3 remodeling projects with Henderer Design + Build. The first one was a major remodel from roof to lower level, including the kitchen, changing wall locations, just about everything. It was finished on time, beautifully done, by workers who were a pleasure to have in our home - daily for 3+ months. Our first experience was so excellent, that we chose Henderer again to remodel the upstairs bathroom - it's gorgeous and very functional. On each remodel, Mary Turney was outstanding in helping us find the right colors, tile, etc. - we'd still be trying to figure that out if she hadn't encouraged us along the way. So for our third remodel Henderer added on an entryway to our home, and coordinated fencing, concrete and stonework leading up to the house and on the driveway. It changes the whole impression of our home! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I live full-time in the tiny house on wheels Todd custom-designed for me for several years ago and absolutely love it! Todd worked closely with me in the design and building process and advised me on details I desired. He designs for efficiency and sources eco-friendly, non-toxic materials. With 11 windows, my home is airy, well lit and feels more spacious than its 22-foot length. Space is well designed and efficient. People are surprised that it is so comfortable and that my 2 active cats and dog are well accommodated. After seeing many other tiny houses by other builders, I highly recommend Todd Miller/Oregon Cottage Company over any others. The difference in quality and aesthetics really matter!”
