“I recently purchased a Solas One6 Fireplace for one of my apartments. It's just the right size for this apartment and provides an aesthetic value in addition to the warmth of a fireplace! Initially, I received an old version of the surround which did not fit onto the fireplace correctly. They were very helpful and they sent out a rep who replaced the part with the new version and now everything fits fine. Also, when I purchased it, I was under the impression that it required the same small direct vent as that of a Renni or Monitor heater (which would have been very convenient because that was what I was replacing), however it requires a larger pipe so we had to do some retrofitting. Overall, I am happy with the product and will probably buy another one for another apartment, as well as recommend Solas to others.”

“Although I'm not one to write reviews, I had such a good experience at Home Comfort Warehouse I wanted to share! When I first started this process, I had no idea what product I wanted and went back 4 times to look at the options. Each time, everyone I talked to was super patient, helpful and really knew their stuff. They also never seems annoyed that I was back but instead welcomed me like I was an old friend. I did buy a gas fireplace and the installation crew was great at showing me how to work it and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable. Can't say enough - - I highly recommend them!”

“Awesome work on our stainless steel chimney caps! Love how they look and how well they fit. The guys -- Tony and Albert -- did a fantastic job -- fast, efficient, and they left the job site clean and tidy. They were great communicators, too, telling us what was happening and how and when. Plus, Tony's advice from September, when he was here to measure the chimneys, has helped us prevent further chimney leaks during windy wet weather. Back then, he had explained exactly why the shingles just below our chimney were the source of a leak in high winds, and had recommended that we caulk them, which I did! Big props to your crew. Great job, well done.”
