“We had just moved to a new house and I was 8 months pregnant when we asked Living Wood to make a headboard for us. Andy and Anna were amazing to work with. They were great at listening to what my husband and I wanted but had suggestions and ideas to help us in the design process. I was most excited about their suggestions for which wood to use. They found us amazing old barn board to make the headboard with. It has its own unique story, this wood, in each grain and line. This is what living wood means to us now, wood with its own life story. I also love how Andy made it with attention to detail and those little finishing touches like pegs where the headboard was screwed together. We are so happy with the final product, a beautiful headboard that is the centrepiece of our room! And the day after our headboard was delivered, our baby arrived too. Perfect timing!”

Although the purchase was made online, personal service was provided throughout the process with very quick response times. “Working with Hauser was an unbelievable experience. I went into their Burlington location looking to upgrade my backyard, and ended up leaving with a beautiful wicker patio set, accessories, and a smile on my face. I brought in pictures of my backyard and a basic idea of what I was looking to do. Their staff was incredibly knowledgable and gave me a couple options and ideas of what I could potentially do with my space.
