“Vincent Sagart and Valentine Marziale worked to design our dream master closet and also assisted us with certain custom pieces of furniture for our master bedroom. They were one of several companies with which we worked in designing and building our custom home and while we worked with several talented designers and vendors, Vincent and his team were simply exceptional. They were incredibly professional and their taste is spot on for the design asthaetic we were seeking in our home. We wouldn't consider using anyone else for anything in their wheelhouse in the future. From our initial meeting with them -- when they opened their studio up to us to meet with us on a weekend day -- they understood exactly what we needed. They quickly showed us the options in their showroom, fully assessed and explained the budgetary impact with each option and then guided us to make practical decisions about which features were most important to help us stay as close to our budget as possible. They then emailed plans to us within a few days, which we worked together to finalize. And the components all arrived precisely on schedule as promised. There was simply not a single other aspect of our project that was handled as seamlessly as the design and contstruction of our master closet. And no detail was spared -- from working with us to ensure the proper lighting in our closet, to considering the best timing of the installation, to retrofitting a bin to give me the two compartments I desired versus the standard one, etc., etc. There were a few spots that got a few little dings in the installation process. We didn't even have to ask them to come repair them -- they insisted! Let's just say that not all of our vendors had the same standard. Yes, Poliform is more expensive than some other options (e.g., California closets), but if you want exceptional design married with the same level of engineering, there is no comparison. Consequently, I think Poliform offers an excellent value for what you receive in return. Having a Poliform dream closet not only improves the value of your home, but it actually makes your day-to-day living easier. Everything has a logical place in our closet, which means we can also quickly find what we're looking for when I want it. We couldn't be happier.”
