“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. “My wife and I wanted to convert an upstairs loft area into a third bedroom - a relatively smaller project with many details. We are so happy we went with Eddie and EcoCraft! Of the 8 or so companies we had over for estimate, Eddie proved to be the most friendly and thoughtful right from the start. He has a great eye for detail and provided experienced feedback on many of my ideas. The subcontractors he works with were incredibly accommodating during COVID and did excellent work. Eddie's estimate was on par with our budget, and the final cost was actually a little less! End result is everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended for your home remodel projects!”

“I highly recommend Oltean Construction! They completed my project (Sleek modern kitchen remodel in project pictures) a couple years ago and we couldn't be happier. Our project was a down to the stud remodel of our kitchen that included taking down one interior wall, adding windows to the exterior, reconfiguring the entire layout and replacing the french doors in our dining room. Their bid was competitive on price but more importantly the owner, Silviu, was very transparent on what was included, what wasn't and how we would handle issues that will always arise during a remodel. We had multiple scope revisions and I always felt like Silviu was providing a very reasonable cost on the changes and providing multiple options to control costs. Another key quality for Silviu and team as their ability to trouble shoot when issues came up. They coordinated closely with our designer to correct issues on the design dimensions, and they worked directly with the structural engineers on our project to come up with the most cost effective way to address our engineering requirements. If you're looking for a contractor you can trust and won't gouge you on the cost of every change that comes up then I highly recommend working with Oltean Construction on your project.”

“Lux demolished and rebuilt two bathrooms for us, as well as removed a chimney. These guys were so sweet, we miss them now that they're gone. Our house was kept clean, and when the chimney removal made a lot of dust, they brought in a team of cleaners who polished every nook and cranny of our basement. They had to open a hole in my stairway wall for new pipes, and the patch job they did when they sealed it up is undetectable from the original wall. Our new bathrooms look great.”

“I was introduced to Chris, Pacific construction Group, by my Realtor. It was one of the best contractor recommendations I have had. I can say that with confidence after having a couple wonderful experiences remodeling and having homes built for us. I also have had a couple bad experiences. This was a remodel of a home I purchased and needed a quick but quality remodel. Chris and his crew took my need to complete the project on time seriously and this was in spite of my adding a few extras. The updates were of the highest quality and these included a complete flooring change to engineered hardwood, new design of a bathroom with a beautiful tile shower and a fireplace that I trusted to Chris's vision and absolutely love. He kept my budget in mind and was always available for my questions....which were frequent at times. His crew was knowledgeable, efficient and talented. “I hired Mac-Bo to turn a small bedroom into a new bathroom with a shower, as well as update the current 1/2 bath in our upstairs. They did a fantastic job! Kirk and Ed listened to my needs, brought the job in on time and on budget. I would use them again for any remodel job and I guess that's the best recommendation I could make. You can trust these guys which is so ccritical these days when selecting and working with a contractor.”
