“Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“Jay Martinoli and his crew re built 3/4 of my home 3 years ago. They showed up every day and didn't leave me waiting .His crew was respectful and fun to work with. He helped us plan an new layout for our home. He turned a house that was from the 1970"s and falling apart into a beautiful modern home. We had a 3 season porch that was totally falling apart he tore it down and built us a family room with cathedral ceiling and made it the same level as the rest of the house so it became part of our first floor greatly increasing our living space . He gutted out our old outdated small kitchen and gave us a beautiful huge kitchen any chef would love to work in now both me and my husband can cook at the same time. He tore the wall down between my dining room and the kitchen and made a open floor plan. He took advantage of every bit of space we had to open the home up and give us more living space. He also gave us 2 new bathrooms and the tile work is beautiful. While one crew was working on the inside he had another crew siding the house and putting a new roof and installing new windows. We are extremely happy with our new home . And the cost was reasonable I used to go to my friends houses and wish my home was like theirs NOW my home is even better than theirs. Thank You Jay”

“My husband and I bought a house about 20 years old. The bones were solid but it needed a lot of updating. We needed a company that understood our goal, listened to our needs, respected our budget and finished the work on time. They did it all! The project included: -Wainscoting throughout dining room & foyer - Came out STUNNING! -Reworking the fireplace mantle to fit our Plasma - Great carpentry work and installation of new stone around the fireplace -Sanded the floors and used a water based finish - Beautiful -Added a wall and door to an open den that is now my husband's very private office - He's in heaven -Replaced all the hardware and lighting fixtures - This made a huge difference -Wired the house for sound and installed Sonos Music System -New carpeting in all bedrooms and stairs -Painted all the interior walls All these small projects transformed our home. Our house no longer looks 20 years old. We could have easily had another contractor in our house recommending a lot more work to accomplish what we needed and wanted. The Remodeling Company helped us make great decisions. Plus, working with them was a sincere pleasure! The guys were always on time, courteous, and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. The Remodeling Company exceed our expectations, for sure! They made certain our project was hassle free and seamless. I can not say that for other contractors we have hired.
