“We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks. When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”

“We just finished remodeling our master bathroom with Johnson and Sons Construction. They are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and holds their work to a high standard. At one point during our project, Vic recognized that our floor tile was not laid out properly. Before, I even had a chance to see it, Vic notified me of the issue and had it corrected at no extra expense. Vic and his entire crew are absolute professionals. “DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. They have an eye for detail, were always appropriately flexible (as any good general contractor should be), and provided an outstanding value. I have lived in the house now for several years and can strongly recommend them.”
