“Great Harbors Home Services has done a lot of interior and exterior work for me on my Cape Cod home. They show up, finish the job, and are reasonably priced. Their work is nothing less than perfect and professional. They communicate very well with the customer and keep them informed. Great Harbors refurbished old, rotting, carpenter ant eaten clapboards on the front of my house and shed to beautiful composite board that will last forever. They transformed my office space inside my home to a beautiful workspace (covering a horrible dark purple on the walls)--installed laminate floor and built a closet and painted/finished the entire space. A small project they did was adding a beadboard accent to the peninsula in my kitchen. They will be renovating two more bedrooms for me with laminate floor. I still use them for whatever home projects I have because they are experts--I will not be calling any other contractor. See attached photos for their work. Call Josh 774-238-2219. You will not be disappointed.”

“Lathan recently rebuilt my front porch. He was very helpful when I needed to choose materials for the columns and railings-- and paid great attention to detail in constructing the porch. He was very professional as he consulted me about my wishes, worked with others on the demolition and clean-up of the old porch. I ended up with a beautiful addition to my home which has been greatly admired by friends and family. I am very glad to recommend him and hope to have him work on other projects for me in the future.”

“Mr. Josh Kearns has performed many repairs on my home in Wareham over the last four years. These in include: 1. Roof repairs on house and roof shingling of garage. 2. Basement bulkhead replacement. 3. Deck glass sliding door replacement. 4. Window replacement on all house windows. He is a true craftsman doing quality work with a clear understanding of time requirements, extremely helpful in choosing the materials that work best for me and respectful of my budget. He is quite precise and meticulous in his constructions, and has an excellent command of the local and state building codes/requirements. I will be engaging Richard again this Spring to plan and execute the building of a large "food and medicine" co-operative facility on my property. “Following a burst-pipe disaster in our newly-purchased post-and-beam house, following the "polar vortex" deep freeze, we had to replace all the hardwood floors on one floor, redress the cedar T&G ceiling on another, and remove/replace almost all the drywall, from the floor half-way up on both levels... plus a lot of trim refinishing, wiring, insulating - the usual post-calamity work. Dave Pimental, his team, and his subs, did an excellent, thorough job, on the schedule he had promised, for the price he had quoted. The results were first rate, good enough that we expanded the project, beyond the recovery work, to include other small projects. The Pimental crew worked clean and carefully, which was especially appreciated in our house.”
