“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

I have done many projects with them including smaller renovations, a very large renovation and a very challenging ground up house. To each project they brought an extremely talented team of craftsmen and completed the work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. “I have hired Argos Construction twice, once for a kitchen remodel in our previous apartment, and once for a full remodel in our current house. The fact that I am a repeat customer is best proof that I am happy with Argos Construction and the owner Viktor. Bottom line is that they do quality work at a reasonable price. Viktor is very knowledgable of all aspects of construction and his team is courteous and efficient. My favorite aspect of working with Argos is that Viktor is extremely responsive. He almost always picks up the phone when called. In the rare cases he doesn't he gets back to messages within minutes. To me, this is key when working with a contractor and having your home remodeled. I can only recommend Argos construction, and I will surely be working with them in the future.”

“Very very economical rates and fantastic services. I got my kitchen and bathrooms redone. Team was really cooperative through out the project plus they gave enough time to the project to satisfy me. :) I didn't have to face any sort of trouble during the project as it was done in the given time. Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly. “We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was!
