Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. “Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated.
