For example, if their client wants help picking out stone in our warehouse, we always see them come in with them to make sure they are getting taken care of. If the client wants to pick out a stone themselves, that's what happens! They make sure their clients are choosing the products they are wanting in their project all the while being honest and upfront about costs. “We used Silva for our recent bathroom remodel and were quite pleased during the project and are enjoying the new bathroom. Harol is the owner and he is incredibly responsive and had great ideas and suggestions as the project moved along and if the crew encountered an issue, Harol also came up with solutions or alternatives. He is also a pleasant person to deal with and the crew was quite thorough on their clean up. We have used him two added times since the largest project and been quite happy.”

“Couldn’t be happier! Chris at Hanes on Homes transformed my 1960’s bathroom and gave it a sleek, modern day look! Under his watchful eye, great care was taken to update the shower, tile, lighting and fixtures. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and quick turnaround that only a company with 40 years of expertise could provide! “95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. The workers were very respectful and at the end of the day, they ensured everything they moved out of place was put back in place or placed somewhere my pets couldn't get to. 95 Custom Construction was a blessing to me!!”

“Comfort Builders redid our master bath. They started the project when they said they would and completed it on time. Baja was so helpful in helping to designing the project and giving recommendations on materials and suppliers. Emails, texts and phone calls were answered promptly. The affected areas were straightened daily to cause as little disruption to the rest of the house as possible. Once they completed the master bath we had them come back to do some exterior painting which was completed ahead of schedule. I have recommended Comfort Builders to friends needing remodels. I will use them again for future projects.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”
