The attention to detail (even bolts that no one would ever see were reordered to ensure they matched to others), sensitivity to cost, flexibility when I wanted to change things, and a willingness to redo things that weren't quite right all combined to make the outcome really beautiful (I am sorry I don't have any pictures to post). The only reason it's not a five stars was that the finishing details did take a long time to finish up, but we were able to enjoy the deck so for us it wasn't a major issue.”
