“We were referred to Grandeur Designs by someone who had been to their showroom in Fairfield. Brett was our first point of contact; he came to our home to measure and I was very impressed - he was knowledgable, professional and gave me confidence that this company could handle our job. We wanted walnut cabinets which are not easy to find. Grandeur Designs has walnut in both of their Omega lines. We worked with George to design our kitchen and once we approved the estimate work started very quickly. George is easy-going and has a great sense of humor - he was a pleasure to work with. Once demo began we worked with Steve who is fantastic (even at 7:00am)! He is very detail oriented, pleasant to work with, knowledgable and a great communicator! When he is over-seeing the job you know that you are in good hands! We had never done a remodel before and he was patient and gave us great suggestions. The project took approx 7 weeks which was quicker than we expected. Each and every worker involved in our project, from demo to touch-up was impressive; they were here when they said they would be here, they were polite, clean and trustworthy. We felt comfortable leaving them in our home to work and lock up when they finished for the day. Having met Craig on another project, we asked if he would be interested to help with our 1980's kitchen.
