“I had a wall in my bathroom that some rodents had chewed through, due to previous moisture damage. I looked online for recommendations and found Riggo. I put my name and phone number in and he callled me right away. He asked me some basic questions on the phone and gave me a quote. He was at my house in an Hour, he ran to Home Depot and came right back. Finished the job in about 2 hours came out perfect, he cleaned up his mess and was gone. I highly recommend him for your home repairs!”

“Mike and his team did excellent work at my cabin in Twin Peaks. They rebuild my staircase to my porch. Also replace three retaining walls that were damaged from winter storms. All their work was real professional and excellent quality. Plan to use them for future projects.”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“We cannot recommend Sass Construction and Design highly enough. Stephen and Shelley helped us remodel our house prior to moving, including helping us throughout the entire remodeling and design process and managing and coordinating every step and every vendor. SCD helped us with everything including demolition, designing the kitchen and selecting cabinets and stone, replacing the flooring, electrical and plumbing work, framing and drywall repair, designing and installation of closets and garage storage, and tile installation. Literally, we cannot imagine going through this process without the support and guidance of SCD. Stephen was at our house managing the project every day for months. We look forward to working with them again on bathroom and office redesigns soon. Stephen and Shelley have a meticulous eye to detail, and always had our best interests in mind.
