Mario did a great job on our addition and remodel. We added about 125 sf to the master bedroom, remodeled both bathrooms, added a skylight and wood flooring throughout. Mario was patient in providing invaluable guidance on our permitting process (often better value add than our engineer), materials sourcing, and working with us to meticulously turn the house we bought into the home of our dreams. When issues turned up during the remodeling (as they invariably do), he was transparent and fair with problem solving and helped us minimize incremental costs and headache. He is a top notch builder with high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mario again.

As a long-time realtor, I've come across many contractors, so you can say I am picky about who I work with. Mario was referred to me by a dear friend who was referred to her by another friend. The connection goes on about 20+ people and everyone continues to call upon Mario when there is a need. Most of his business is by referral, which speaks volumes.
