“I've hired Larry from LRB flooring a couple of times, both with excellent results. He is a professional, and very good at the fine details, be it colour matching, straight edge lines, repairs, proper spacers for expansion or precision cutting. The first time we had a bay window installed and in doing do the new window opening required hardwood to match the existing aged (from the 60s) hardwood. He found comparable wood, stained it to match the colour, and joined the two together perfectly. The second time we hired Larry it was to install a Torlys cork flooring in a 60s house. Prior to doing the install he ensured the existing (and again aged) subfloor squeaks were all addressed, something I wouldn't have even thought about and I'm really glad he suggested that. During the installation I was impressed by how organized and clean the house remained, and how little mess he made as there were a lot of complicated cuts to make. He also put out signs on the front and back door to make sure others knew the work was in progress and to walk with care, all good indicators of his professionalism. Even the shoes he wears are different for inside work, again to make sure the floor is not damaged and no accidents happen during the work. The final product looks great. The stair nosing and trim was tricky, and it has superb cuts. There are some walls with rounded corners and he had special cutter tools I had never seen before that he used to have cuts that were always following the walls and remain hidden under trim. Having the skills to pay attention to those finer details makes a huge difference on the overall look. I'm really glad we chose Larry as the results are great.”

“ABHF has one of the most exclusive leather floors in Edmonton, we ran into this type of floor by accident a few years ago, their sales Jerry were very helpful and knowledgeable, they offer the complete service from measurement to install, their leather floor is probably one of the strongest floor we had seen, durable while looked very contemporary, after many years of install, there is not a single damaged mark, compare to a regular hardwood, it will probably be scratched up within 2 years. If I want a durable yet stylish floor for our next project, I will definitely visit ABHF again.”
