“Richard Berger arrived early for his appointment. The price was the same as the other guy but his high level of professionalism was the reason we decided on Highland Hardwood. Richard also stayed positive even though our floors 100+ yr floors were coated in multipe layers of paint. He returned calls promptly and I had an estimate in my hands before he left my home. Richard, the owner, was here every day and made sure everything was done to the highest level. While he was in our home, we asked about installing flooring on a new 3-seasons room, he suggested we wait until we have gone thru a full year cycle to be able to make the best informed flooring choice.
