Kept us updated each day and any small decision on repair he immediately called us shown the damage and only after our approval he had done the fix to the floor for the items which are not covered in our initial quote. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had Brazilian Teak wood which is really tough but he checked small part of wood before doing resurfacing. Good Work overall”
