“Mike worked with us to refinish our downstairs floors. We decided to replace some tile and carpet with hardwood in several rooms. Mike was incredibly professional, patient and calm in helping us understand the process and make decisions. Mike went out of his way to show us many color combinations so we would be comfortable with our final decision. Mike was available to respond to many inquiries throughout each step. He is very kind, personable and his employees did excellent and fast work. We found his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend Floors by VAL and hope to work with Mike again in the future!”

“Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

“I found Wilson and wc floors online and I'm so glad I did. I had my dining room, living room, bedroom, hallway and stairs refinished and I couldn't be happier. I then had him install engineered wood flooring downstairs(his suggestion) and it looks amazing. “We replaced carpeting in almost all of our house. Carpet and Flooring Centers of NJ did a superb job. Everything Susan Gibbs said would be done was expertly done. They made an otherwise difficult event easy. Susan provided excellent in helping us decide what to do with colors and products. I had a number of hand made doors, saddles and trim that I was concerned about being damaged. Nothing was damaged. They moved all of the furniture and replaced it exactly as we wanted. We also had special needs installing carpeting in closets with floor standing shelves and prepping a stairs for a new bannister, and everything worked out. It was a pleasure working with Susan, and the crew that did the work was friendly, courteous, and very skilled.”

“They had a large selection and Oscar was very helpful when we were deciding what to get. It took us awhile to decide and get the space ready and he was patient with us. The floors are really beautiful (Preverco red oak), although they dent easier than we expected. I have been told that hard wood isn't as hard as it used to be, so I don't think we got a bad product. Their pricing was good too.”
