“Mike worked with us to refinish our downstairs floors. We decided to replace some tile and carpet with hardwood in several rooms. Mike was incredibly professional, patient and calm in helping us understand the process and make decisions. Mike went out of his way to show us many color combinations so we would be comfortable with our final decision. Mike was available to respond to many inquiries throughout each step. He is very kind, personable and his employees did excellent and fast work. We found his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend Floors by VAL and hope to work with Mike again in the future!”

“I found Wilson and wc floors online and I'm so glad I did. I had my dining room, living room, bedroom, hallway and stairs refinished and I couldn't be happier. I then had him install engineered wood flooring downstairs(his suggestion) and it looks amazing. They are extremely professional and friendly and I am now gonna have him lay down porcelain tiles in my kitchen. Pick up the phone and give them a call, you won't regret it.”

“We replaced carpeting in almost all of our house. Carpet and Flooring Centers of NJ did a superb job. Everything Susan Gibbs said would be done was expertly done. They made an otherwise difficult event easy. Susan provided excellent in helping us decide what to do with colors and products. I had a number of hand made doors, saddles and trim that I was concerned about being damaged. Nothing was damaged. They moved all of the furniture and replaced it exactly as we wanted. We also had special needs installing carpeting in closets with floor standing shelves and prepping a stairs for a new bannister, and everything worked out. It was a pleasure working with Susan, and the crew that did the work was friendly, courteous, and very skilled.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Bryan at Premier Carpet. The quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is competitive, and there is a wide range of choice to fit various budgets. But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates. On the day of our visit, we saw many people come into the store, and even the things we overheard him talking about with other people were helpful to us in helping make our selections. “They had a large selection and Oscar was very helpful when we were deciding what to get. It took us awhile to decide and get the space ready and he was patient with us. The floors are really beautiful (Preverco red oak), although they dent easier than we expected. I have been told that hard wood isn't as hard as it used to be, so I don't think we got a bad product. Their pricing was good too.”

“I moved into a co-op and didn't realize how much of a hassle it is to get ANYTHING done. But Freddy of NOVART was a huge help! After we agreed on what I wanted renovated in the apartment (fully renovate the kitchen and bathroom), he took over, gave me suggestions and made sure everything was up to the standard requested by the co-op management. He even was patient enough to work with the electrician and plumber that the co-op management made me hire since it was who "they" trusted.. he had to teach them what to do... The work was done quickly and professionally and even when I changed my mind during renovation, he never hesitated to work with me and gave me feedback on what we should and shouldn't do. The work was finished quickly even in the midst of the pandemic and overall I am very satisfied with the work done. No complaints and even though he offered that he'd come and fix anything that I'm not satisfied with, I haven't had the need to call him since everything was done well.”
