“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“I am building a new home and Kelly Scully is our interior designer. I had no idea the scope of work that would be involved in this process. She is unbelievable! She is so detail oriented and precise - she has documented every change and has communicated everything to the builder! This behind the scene work has made such a difference. And I have not even mentioned her skill and creativity in assisting with our design selections! I can't wait to post the finished product on Houzz so everyone can see! The building portion is now complete and Kelly and Brooke have now assisted with all our furnishings. They even accompanied us to the Dallas Furniture Market to assist us in selecting everything for our new home! When we came back I would go to her design studio and they would have the drapery and accent fabrics all laid out for me to pick from! It was painless and so exciting! Everyone that enters our home is blown away by how gorgeous it is!”

“We were familiar with Bradshaw Designs and their reputation here in San Antonio and contacted them about a make-over for our 24 year old master bath. Julie and her assistant Lindsay put a great amount of thought and effort into creating a design for our bath room and even presented us with drawings to give us options for the completed look. They were very perceptive in coordinating their suggestions to blend with the style and decor of our home to be sure the bathrooom design would be a harmonious addition. It was easy to fall in love with their suggestions for colors, lighting, tile, marble, wallpaper and beautiful mirrors! Bradshaw designs worked well with us and our contractor Wm. J. McCarthy,Jr. in a timely fashion. The project was finished on time and on budget and truly exceeded our expectations! Julie presented us with a beautiful book showing before, during, and after pictures which was a special added touch. We are thoroughly enjoying our new "spa" bath and would highly recommend Julie and Bradshaw designs!”

“KC Custom Homes recently completed our dream home in Cordova on Canyon Lake. Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. “Working with Nicole has been an incredible experience. If you’re designing for a new home construction she is incredibly knowledgeable and competent when working with architects and builders and knows everything from start to finish about the process. Nicole is also really talented at redecorating an existing space. She really listens to what you want and if you don’t know, she has the expertise to help you figure out exactly what you’re looking for. Nicole has surpassed all of my expectations when it comes to designers. I recommend her for any design project big or small.”
