“Pedro and his team removed a 50 year old faux ceiling in the guest room in my century old bungalow, added furring strips and installed new drywall. Then... they mudded and painted the new ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan for me... in about 36 hours so that my guest room was ready for guest prior to the Indianapolis 500. Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. They did a great job. I would have them back again and again! :)”

“Received a timely and accurate estimate for a new roof including tear off and repairs. The estimate was itemizes very well so I could see exactly what the costs were. “After purchasing our mantel that was to be the centerpiece of our family room, we realized it is not an easy task hanging a 200 pound piece of wood. I was referred to Jim by a friend, and it was clear that he was a qualified professional and was very easy to work with. “The garage door walk-thru literally fell apart. Boyd Restoration came in, measured the area, looked at what work would need to be done, and ordered a custom door to replace what had been there. I paid for the door when it was ordered, and paid for the labor on completion. This was my choice, Mr. Boyd did not request payment first. Boyd Restoration does excellent work, the way my father would have done it. It is not sloppy or thrown together. Extra care is taken in the finished project so that the home looks good. I found Brian Boyd to be honest, and has a good reputation and work ethic. I recommend Boyd Restoration for any project you may have around your home or business.”

“We used Homes By Design to build our dream house. We talked to the owner, Brad Bowman for almost eight years before we decided to build our home. I do not think we could have built our house with any other builder. It did not matter what idea I had, Brad visualized what I wanted and executed my vision in the most cost effective manner. Brad always had amazing ideas in design, and how to use every inch of space. If you want a truly custom home, this is the way to go! One of the reasons we went with Homes By Design is because before we built our home we spoke to many of his previous clients. Not one had anything negative to say about their experience. Now that our project is finished we join that long list of satisfied home owners. We are beyond thrilled with the end result!”

“We added a four season room with lots of windows and high ceiling to our existing home. Lily provided architectural design services for the project. She listened carefully to our thoughts, presented her ideas on the design, and encouraged us to really bring the outdoors into the room. She was excellent to work with. Her drawings were completed on the timeline she gave. We had a couple of modifications after her initial drawings and she immediately worked those into the design. The final product was perfect! You'd never know the room was an addition and not part of the original structure. Lily also looked at our ideas on paint color and flooring and helped us finalize our selection. Highly recommend and would definitely use Lily on another project!”
