He envisioned things we did not, from electrical and plumbing fixtures to cabinets and countertops and were able to see everything before it was done using his computerized model. As many others have shared, it can be a challenge to find people you can trust to do great work. We had some water damage to our property and time is of the essence with anything to do with water. Cory bent over backwards to help me resolve the issue. He was able to get over to the property and assess the situation quickly and get to work on resolving it. And there were some interesting and unique twists to our situation and he did a great job troubleshooting and problem solving. He kept me informed every step of the way, sending lots of pictures and always explaining things and getting my permission before moving forward. “Infinity Construction, LLC, If you want professionalism, superior workmanship, and all work performed in a timely fashion. Look into hiring Infinity Construction. My wife and I finally decided to add on to our house. We did check with some other contractors and out of 3 only one showed up and said that what we wanted to do was impossible. Well, Kennon Rymer owner of Infinity Construction DID what they said could not be done. We added approximately 1500 Sq. Ft. to our home. Infinity Construction did a remodel for us in 2014, and we were just as happy then as we are now. Look nowhere else for a reliable contractor. Every inspection was passed the first time. Your suggestions, not only in the beginning of the estimation process but throughout the whole project length (start to finish), Is what we needed to make our home more functional and user friendly. Being able to communicate as needed and weekly updates regarding schedules, and previous scope of work helped us in our life since we had to live in the home while under construction. Speaking about that, the zip walls were very helpful in controlling the dust from our living areas. Finishing up the project on time and under budget sure made life better for us. “Falconnier Design used my unusual requests and prepared drawings to remodel our home to meet our lifestyle. They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.”

“David McCay built our house on Lake Chatuge. He was totally involved from start to finish, from siting the house on the lot to handing us the key when finished. Not only was he engaged in every process, he directed many aspects of the building process. He was there everyday and was involved in decisions that affected design even though we had plans. David was never shy about giving an opinion that would improve the house. It was always very apparent that our house was his house in that it was a reflection of his work. We have since been able to tour other houses on the lake in similar price ranges and it is our opinion that none compare to this house.”

“It was great working with Richard - he has unbounded enthusiasm for creating environmentally healthy homes which use as little on-grid energy as possible. His creative ideas regarding passive solar heating meshed right in with my less-educated desires. The end result is an Energy Star certified home with passive solar heating and active solar water heating .... and it looks good too!!!!”

“We spent 2 years planning to build a new home. Steve and crew were patient and very helpful during the process. When construction began until we moved in, L&M always tried their best to make the building experience perfect and pleasurable. Were they always perfect? No, but the difference was L&M would try to make it right if something wasn't the way we wanted. I wanted to give them 5 stars but that grade is for an absolutely perfect performance. However, I would give them 4.5 stars. Overall a great experience and really good people. We love Lamon and McDaniels and will recommend to anyone that ask. Alan Williams”
