“I designed and drew the plans for a "tight house" built the new modern way and this company was very receptive to building this modern house. They even came to my house, which I could not believe. Bradberry Construction was very responsive and kept their appointments and agreed to build the house the way I recommended. I spent about 100 hours watching builders build the right way by today's science. Everyone was very cooperative and understood what I wanted. I was not charged for the preliminary meetings even though they had done a lot of work. I spent hours learning how to use a computer program for drawing house plans and they improved it. I could not have been happier with their work. but in the end my wife did not want to move into the country and we decided that at my age it was just too late to build, and we did not want to have to make many decisions and then move everything, so the house did not get built. It was my fault that the house was not built. I could not have been happier with Bradberry Construction and if I ever do any work on the present house I am living in, it is Bradberry Construction who I will call. I don't know how they build, but if it is any way similar to how they cooperated with me, I have no doubt that they are good Builders. What I liked the most was the speed at which they got back to me, arranged for the first and second meeting. They were also very competent and nice to work with.”
