“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“From the moment we walked into the Smith Development Corporation home in the 2014 Parade of Homes, we knew Steve Smith was the builder we wanted to have build our home on Atwood Lake. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. “Working with Kemppel Homes was great experience. Stephanie and Amber were both great people to work with, and each knew what they wanted to bring to the new website. Each home we got to view through the pictures was breathtaking and you felt like you wanted to live in each one. When visiting their Parade Home, the home itself was gorgeous in person and you could tell a lot of work and time was spent on even the smallest detail. We enjoyed working with Kemppel Homes and can't wait to see what they will build next.”
