“Our contractor Gary helped us design and then delivered a large upscale sunroom addition for our home. He listened to our vision from the start and included every feature we wanted on the plan. He stayed flexible so we could make some changes along the way. By using online tool BuilderTrend.com, we could follow his schedule, updates, and track our budget. The architecture looks just right with our existing structure, truly an enhancement. There is a wall of windows and eight skylights providing wonderful light into the room. Gary also found our "glass floor" for our upper deck/balcony, allowing light into the entry of the room below, a most unique feature in Ohio. Gary added the new second floor deck and access to the ground via spiral staircase. The new sunroom has a 12.5 foot granite bar with sink and fridge for entertaining, and a wall that accommodates a 13 foot couch to enjoy our big screen TV. The new bathroom is my favorite, with jetted tub and bidet. There is new outside storage for our pool and gardening equipment. A new partly-covered wrap-around deck is the perfect look and passage to our back yard pool. The project turned out better than I could have imagined. Gary kept us informed and worked right along with us when we needed to tweak an aspect of the plan. He gave us the design we wanted when others could not see how to do it. It was a great experience working with Gary and an excellent result.”

“After meeting with six local design/build companies, we felt DiYanni was the right choice for our project. Jenny and Ray addressed all our concerns and brought unique ideas to the table. In terms of price, they were in the middle of the quotes we received and we are happy with the value for the final price. With all the companies we got initial quotes from and proceeded to designs with, the initial quote was significantly less than the actual cost. Whether this was because of the scale/scope of our particular project or standard practice, I couldn't say for sure. Throughout the design phase Jenny was spectacular, answering questions and modifying the design (including revising 3D renderings of the space) multiple times until it was just right. Her input on style choices was much appreciated. We are now entering the build phase of the project and can't wait to see the end result. Their process is seamless, handing off from one person to the next in an established manner that makes the project move smoothly from phase to phase.
