“My wife and I were new to the entire home building process. After some research we selected Woodstone Custom Homes to build our dream home. The turned what was initially terrifying for us into an enjoyable experience. We didn't know what to expect, but Jeff Smith and his entire team couldn't have been more organized and understanding during the process. Our experience couldn't have been better! They built our home exactly the way we wanted it, with only the best materials, and contractors. I had a habit of showing up on the build site every day, everyone from the masons. to the roofers were extremely polite, and knowledgeable. I was never treated like the "pesky homeowner", they were always happy to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. We are in our 13th year in the home, and have had absolutely NO complaints with the construction, or craftsmanship. Woodstone is the by far the best home builder you could entrust with your project. We listed our home a couple of years ago, because we though we were going to have to re-locate. We listed the home for quite a bit more than we had initially paid for it, and quite a bit more than larger homes in our neighborhood, because it is a Woodstone homes, we had two competing bids within the first week. “New Amherst Ltd built our beautiful townhouse. The entire community is designed and developed by this innovative and forward thinking company.
