“When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!”

“RM Hale Construction has been a lifesaver for us as we have worked through an extensive home remodel. Roger Hale's team has tackled those projects that were beyond my skill such as new windows throughout our home, extensive interior work and a beautiful new deck. The attention to detail has been phenomenal and the patience afforded to me, the wannabe do it yourselfer has been most appreciated. My only complaint is that I wish I had found RM Hale Construction sooner.”

“Shadow Creek designs, develops and takes dream ideas and makes them a reality! This great designer can take a basic idea and transform it to be special and a reality. I have personally hired Shadow Creek, but only after seeing their quality work! This company/team is the best because it is lead by a man that believes perfection is the baseline and customer service is the expectation. Although my job was small the owner made me feel valued! I one day can only hope to have Shadow Creek build my dream home!”

“I hired Innate Design to handle both the design portion and the renovation of my basement, to prepare my house for the arrival of my 1st baby and also the fact that I became a full time remote employee. Whenever there was an issue, Trent always stepped in and fixed it promptly and courteously, and always made me feel like the job was going to be finished. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The basement looks incredible now and it is my favorite part of the house. I deeply appreciate Trent McDonald who helped me and my wife during this whole process and provided expertise as well as keeping the contractors accountable.”

“The BEST building experience we've had! They were unbelievably attentive, helpful, kind, professional, ethical, detailed, timely and on-budget. Their communication was stellar. Their scheduling was precise. In our opinion, you will not find a more high-quality builder with more excellent customer service. They are a family company that has built in the Denver Metro Area for years, and they have established relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, artisans... and you can feel the difference that makes. They are extremely knowledgeable, and whenever we visited show-rooms/design centers, etc., you could tell they all had tremendous respect and admiration for the Austins. Their reputation in the community is phenomenal. They are fierce advocates for their clients, and never settled for anything less then perfect in craftsmanship and pricing. They wanted us to love every single thing. They are patient and thorough, and still follow up months and years after work is complete to make sure everything is going well.
