They were always professional yet very personable and approachable. Collaboration on the designs worked extremely well. They always tried to include my wish list and if something could not be worked in, they readily explained why it would not work so that I understood. They were always well aware of the budget and provided quality materials and skilled workers on each project. I am currently working with them on a 4th project, a complete whole house remodel/rebuild.”

“Alimoff Building & Development did an exceptional job on my new home. Brian, the builder, worked with me from the beginning and guided me through the process of selecting different options for my home. He first provided guidance on different tile, hardwood and carpet options and helped me find the right light fixtures, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and handles. With each of those selections he made me familiar with the options and helped me keep track of spending to make sure that I do not go over budget. I really appreciate him providing opinion when he considered necessary, yet not being too assertive about it and allowing me to make decision on my own. He pays attention to detail and the quality of work is excellent. He did all the hard work and now I just get to enjoy my newly build home. Anyone working with him is in good hands and I am already recommending his work to my friends.”
