Jay learned the construction business by doing most of the work himself and by late 2004 Jay had remodeled and sold over 40 homes. Craving more knowledge and wanting to further his real estate career, Jay decided to learn the new construction business and sought out some of the best in the industry to educate him. In mid-summer of 2005, Jay poured his first slab and has never looked back. 2007 Jay received his Real Estate Brokers License and Certified State home builders designation. In 2012 Jay was named President of the Southwest home builders Association. Since 2005, Jay has built over 200 homes with some size ranges that exceed 5000 sq. ft. When you choose to have Jay build your home, you meet with him, not an associate of the company. Jay is personally involved with the entire process (unlike the big builders).
