“Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.”

Throughout the entire design, construction, and follow-up process, the team made a continuous effort to assure our requirements, expectations, and questions were managed in timely and thorough manner. We found Newport Homebuilders to be very flexible during the construction planning phase relative to assuring all of our nonstandard desires could be incorporated into our finished home. Unlike the big homebuilder companies, we were able to easily modify the base floor plan to include our personal design preferences into our final plans. The team was very accommodating and offered their perspective and guidance to be sure the changes we identified fit nicely with the overall design and layout. We also were very pleased with the generous list of features which were offered as standard, versus costly upgrades with competing homebuilders. Newport Homebuilders molding and trim package is second to none when compared to other homebuilders at this price point product. “24 years ago, I promised my wife that if we were able; someday we'd build the home our dreams. When that time came, we were so blessed to find Aaron Wallrath to work with. Our original builder quit before we even got started and we were at a loss as how to proceed. He was unable to embrace a home of this size; 5000sf. Once we met with Aaron; all was better. We worked with Aaron on a custom home that we moved into in July of 2015. The whole process was so easy due to Aaron's expertise and caring attention to our home. He was always available, and always detail oriented. Aaron worked with my wife to ensure a perfect experience. I'd heard that building a new home would really test a marriage; but he made the experience pain free. We felt at ease as he was always checking and double checking to make sure each detail was correct. Aaron offered many suggestions and solutions that ensured our home building experience was the best. I never dreamed it would be so easy! When you have the right builder, everything falls into place.
