When construction began until we moved in, L&M always tried their best to make the building experience perfect and pleasurable. Were they always perfect? No, but the difference was L&M would try to make it right if something wasn't the way we wanted. I wanted to give them 5 stars but that grade is for an absolutely perfect performance.
