“Both David and Emily Williams are by far without a doubt the most deserving contractors worthy of an exemplary review. From the beginning of the lot selection, closing and house design both of them bent over backwards to earn our trust.That would not come easy from me.In hindsight ,I was wrong!David gave us over 6 different bids for our project, quickly and accurately. I interviewed 3 other contractors that bid similar quotes. But there was something about this energetic couple that keep me wondering. Our intent was to clear the lot, put up the boathouse and then let the dust settle. We decided to dive in. But which one?? Remember trust is a huge issue with me, especially with my money. I chose David and Emily because of the houses that they built. Absolutely impeccable!Not one waiver of a paint line.Multiple references with similar glowing recommendations. It didn't hurt that he would be my neighbor in the near future.Did I mention both of us love to waterski! Lucky for me, a new partner on the water. So we begin the house of dreams on April 12th.We will be in for christmas!! What an awesome present!. This truly has been the least painful experience we have ever been through. No surprises and a never ending zest for doing things fairly, reasonably and all the while trying to save of us money in the process.
