“Greenbrier Custom Homes did a great job of my remodel. I made changes in the middle of the job and they were able to accommodate. The tile work and paint job and wood work were all crisp clean straight lines...which is important to me. They were able to match my original siding. You can't tell that it was a remodel, it looks like the house was originally built this way. Herb Evens is always professional and cares about customer satisfaction. I never was unable to get a hold of him, which was very important to me (communication) . He runs a clean ship and uses only trusted companies. I would recommend Greenbrier Custom Homes to anyone needing a remodel, build or storm room....we LOVE our storm room and were very happy he offers them.”

“Tim,his crew, and subcontractors completed a total remodel of our home in Fairfield Bay in June of 2015 Despite bad weather and some material delays the project was completed in a reasonable time and on budget. Tim was excellent at blending what we would like the project to look like and realistically assessing what our existing floor plan and budget could actually accommodate. In my experience Tim's firm is a rare combination of talent,patience, and experience not found in most of today's building contractors. Tim's crew was excellent in most respects and his sub contractors especially John the kitchen cabinet guy was simply outstanding.
