“I began my association with John, as project manager for my home, on August 7th 2012 with the building of my new townhouse. I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. Even after my home was completed, John still was helpful with different issues that occurred.”

“We love the work Paul did for us! He brought some creative ideas and shaped them with us as a team and executed them wonderfully. Here are some details on the job we hired him for: We had a completely unfinished basement that he fully finished for us. He brought some organizational and kid-friendly ideas that have made our basement the talk of the neighborhood. Not only did he bring life to our laundry room, he created a storage nook within the space that has transformed the functionality of our basement. He also created a secret loft space with a climbing wall for my kids. They could not have been more excited! They now have their play space and we have ours. A perfect match! Paul's workmanship is incredible and the room is so well done. He takes his time to ensure the work is done properly for the long haul. “From the moment we walked into their model home, it was everything and more of what we were looking for. At the time we were just "looking" as we were not set on building yet. After speaking with Zehnder homes about our situation with selling our house and whether or not building was even an option or in our budget, they helped us make the decision to build a no brainer. Since the house is a custom build, we were able to work with Zehnder homes to come up with a budget that would work for us while still having the elements, details and design we really wanted in our first real home. The process was easy going and really not stressful at all. Making selections was easy since we had pre-determined ones to pick from, however if we didn't like any of those, we could go find others on our own. It was also great to be able to come up with our own ideas. Once we had the vision, everyone was super helpful with finding a way to make it happen. Zehnder homes was great to work work from beginning to finish. Everyone was professional but personable in their own way which made working with them easy and fun. They were always was very willing to go the extra mile to help when we had questions and since I always had a million of them, we could not have appreciated that more. For us, building a new house was not stressful at all and we could not be happier with the end result.”
