“We purchased our home knowing we had a big task in front of us. Bryce and Doyle made that a much easier process for us! I've known Richard and Tom for 8 years and I have always admired the quality of their work and the cool concepts they come up with. The first time Rich walked through the house I was in full demo mode, and he told me "slow down, don't make your decisions in a vacuum". That advise would pay dividends down the road for me. Enter Amy Kruger! We had a wide open kitchen, dining room, family room almost too much space. Amy's vision blew my wife and I away. We came away with a kitchen that is the focal point of the home, a soreley needed mud room off of the garage, and a awesome fireplace that is a real conversation piece, additionally subtle hints here and there that gave us alot of great ideas we carried forward. When it came to picking out our cabinets they had an extensive selection. Richard and Amy pointed out the pros and the cons, gave us history on the manufacturers, and let us know just because the cabinet is expensive doesn't mean it's the best or the right one for you. Amy's advice was simple "give me your wish list, your dream kitchen and we'll work from there". Once the design was finished it took about a month for the cabinets to show up. Tommy K the master craftsman and capenter extrodinaire set the kitchen including the appliances in about 2 days, bear in mind we converted from Electric to Natural Gas and moved everything around. The template was made for the granite and the stone was install 2 weeks later. The tile backsplash went on, Tommy trimmed it out and we were done. There isn't anything that B&D doesn't think of, there is always 3 to 4 sets of eyes on every detail and nothing gets missed. I would highly recommend them for any project you have in mind! If I can figure out how to load up before and after pictures I'll share my project on here!”

“Jade Construction & Contractions did a great job renovating my home. They were extremely polite and professional. Their workmanship was outstanding.. The quality of materials was very good. I would recommend them for future repairs. I found them while doing a search.for a home contractor. Reviewed their work at the website www.homebuildersbyjade.com. “I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”

“My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.”

“I highly recommend this company for any handyman help or major construction. They are reliable, do great work, and keep the place relatively clean when doing the work. Once I had a flood in my basement which they had nothing to do with but I needed help. I spoke to the owner and he left his Saturday night dinner at a restaurant to come help me. I think that says it all.”

“I was in a bit of a bind. I was living with my husband, my two kids at my parents' house for 6 months. Don't get me wrong, they are great and I love them, but we (and they) needed our own space. And I could not miss another Christmas outside of my own home. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, explained things clearly throughout the process, were on time, and on budget. We got in on the EXACT date that Lenny said we would after a massive addition, ad-a-level, and remodel of the entire house. Have been in the house of my dreams for three months and could not be happier!”
