“I first met Art Holland on March 15, 2001. I remember because that was the day my cabin at Deep Creek Lake caught fire and burned to the ground. Once we had made the decision to rebuild, calling Art was my first thought. “We are building a new custom home with Jim Thomas. The house is almost complete and so far we have had no complaints. Many builders are hard to reach personally and take a long time to return calls. However, with Jim this is NOT the case. He's very reachable and returns my calls in a timely manner. He gave me his personal cell number and returns my texts and calls personally. He's been very patient with all my concerns and questions. He built 3 other homes on the same street and the work is beautiful (from the outside). Again, we are not finished but hope and believe that we will still be as happy with the finished product. Started project in Sept/Oct of 2015”
