“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“We have been clients of Hager Developments (Don and Jaime) for many years, and they have done multiple projects for us, including a number of house renovations, and then a complete gutting and rebuild of a high rise condominium on the river bank. It is fair to say that we know each other well. They are the most honest, dependable, professional people that you will find. They know their strengths and weaknesses, and never over promise or fail to complete a project. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail, which I think sets them apart from others. Our latest project with them, our high rise condo rebuild, is absolutely spectacular - photos of it are on their segment of this web site. “We bought our first new Home from Park Royal Homes at Crystallina Nera Way NW in the North East of Edmonton. Our experience with Park Royal Homes has been amazing. During close out/walk through training, the Builder explained all that we needed to know from insurance to the operations of our appliances. We haven't any significant issue with the house. A few concerns were immediately taken care of. Communication with Park Royal Homes Customer service has just been great. “EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house.
