“When you are out looking for a new home, there are a laundrey list of possible outcomes. The "do's and dont's" of designing and building your own home are daunting while costly and will you really love the end result? Rockford Homes within everystep of the process has promised and delivered exceptional work and providing options within many different budget ranges. My wife and I are expecting our first baby girl this coming Fall, due October 2nd. Wow, the joy of a new addition, this is really now a must win scenerio because until the idea of a new baby, the house took all the cake. So now two giant leaps at the same time yet intentionally progessing toward our goals. The house closes on August 28th and Rochford Homes had provided fantastic service, profesional courtesey, with knowledge and experience for design, custom capabilites, and really enabled our experience to overcome the stress and follow through needed for Home Project and Design completion.
