“Working with Jimmy Crisp and his associates was a great and valuable learning experience that could not have turned out better than it did. Jimmy truly met, and in many instances, went beyond our expectations. The project, which was a complete gut renovation, went very smoothly and it did come in on budget with the exception of new items that were included after our original quote. Of course there were differences of opinions and long discussions about changes/desired outcomes and new costs, however, I would say that because of Jimmy's constant presence at the site, complete knowledge of exactly what was suppose to happen at all stages of the project and calm manner we escaped situations that could, at the time, have been less satisfactory. Jimmy, the associates and clerical employees of his firm are all a 10 in my book! My experience with Crisp Architects makes me believe that anyone seeking a great architect, backed by a most professional staff, could not do better than to choose Crisp Architects.”

“We hired Tony and crew to design and execute a Post and Beam front porch using our own cherry harvested from our property. Tony chose the trees, harvested them , planed the beams , and designed and erected the most beautiful, elegant front entry we've ever seen or could have imagined. It has a simplicity that makes the most of the wood and complements the design of the house. His enthusiasm and craftmanship with the project was unparalleled in our experience.”

“We hired Gregg to do some major renovations at my business. His attention to detail and organization made him the perfect candidate for the job. We were on a tight timeline and his dedication allowed me to beat my deadline. He and his team worked the hours necessary to complete the job in a timely fashion without any suffering in the quality. “BRJ recently finished renovating our kitchen as well as removing a vinyl sunroom and replacing it with a stickbuilt structure. We cannot say enough good things about the entire project start to finish. Our kitchen is now a dream come true, both functional and beautiful. Our sunroom is better than we could have imagined. First and foremost, the crew and sub-contractors at BRJ Builders were not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and respectful. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing and ensuring that we were satisfied every step of the way. I'm a teacher and therefore, was often home before their work for the day was complete. Every single person who came to work treated my home as if it were their own and me with the utmost respect. We loved getting to know the crew and while I'm happy to have a complete project, I'll admit we missed them when they left. Additionally, I was consistently impressed by how tidy the crew left our house each day. Despite the inevitable chaos that comes with a construction project, they took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving our space organized and livable. It made a significant difference in maintaining our peace of mind throughout the renovation process. My dog and children were still able to play and live and I didn't spend my time worried. Most importantly, the finished project exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated by BRJ Builders was truly remarkable. Every aspect of the renovation was meticulously executed, resulting in a beautifully finished space that we are proud to call our own. I have essentially become a walking salesman for BRJ, happily handing out Ben's contact information to anyone who might have a project in mind. Overall, I cannot recommend BRJ Builders highly enough. “Rob is a complete professional. Honest and full of integrity and the most knowledgeable tradesperson I have encountered and I have hired many over the past 30 years of owning homes. He can pretty much do it all from basic carpentry to finished work including cabinet making. He can also do plumbing, electrical, laying tile, etc. etc. Furthermore, he doesn't mind doing work that is well below his skill level if that is what is required to finish the job. You would be a full not to hire him.”

“Brian and his crew completed a renovation/ Timberpeg addition on my home in Berkshire county Ma . They did a great job removing the gable end of house and married up the new Timberframe 2 story addition. It was a very intricate project and his team did a great ( with terrible weather conditions) to keep our home useable with temporary walls and weather tight . The end result is a beautiful Timberpeg great room and lower level home gym .”
