“Nous avons réalisé un projet majeur de rénovation à notre résidence avec Louise Cardinal Concept, i.e.: tout le rez-de-chaussée incluant une rénovation complète de la cuisine et de la salle d’eau, entrée, changements à la structure du bâtiment, salle à manger, salon, salle familiale et cage d’escaliers montant au 2ème) ont été rénovés et meublés à neuf. Louise Cardinal a agit en tant que designer, décoratrice et gestionnaire du projet. Elle a dirigé les travaux d’un contracteur général, de plombier, d’électriciens, d’installeurs de foyers, de tapis, de recouvrement de fenêtres, de cuisinistes (et fournisseur de Quartz), de tuiles, de meubles, de luminaires et d’accessoires. Le projet a été complété dans l’échéancier qui a été suivi avec précaution et ajusté quand nécessaire. Les travaux ont été réalisés en 6 semaines et certaines livraisons de meubles et accessoires ont été livrés par la suite. Madame Cardinal a démontré des qualités professionnelles “remarquables” en terme: de décoration, d’organisation, de coordination, de gestion de projet, de clarté des instructions données aux contracteurs impliqués, de suivi et ajustements du calendrier des travaux; toujours avec un souci du détail impeccable, une disponibilité irréprochable, un timeliness et service aux clients hors pairs,...
