That evening, after a normal workday, we had discovered a major mistake the tiler had made. Gigi was extremely responsive and came right over. As she looked at the situation, she calmly advised us on a few alternatives on how to correct the mistake. The issue was calmly, easily resolved, thanks to Gigi. Her resources are professionals who do the job right AND are decently priced- hard to find these days. She has lots of great ideas, but as long as you tell her upfront what your budget is she will stay within your parameters. We are in the process of fixing up a house and have asked her to help with this project too. Already so excited!”
