As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “I’m one of those people who knows what looks good but struggle visualizing where to start. I told Amy what I wanted in a really vague way, that honestly would be zero help to most. She knew exactly what I wanted and before I even realized it. Within minutes she had images of what I wanted for my room. She is phenomenal! Not only can she help with the design, she’s done a lot of work herself. She knows what it’s like to actually do the project. Recommend 20 out of 10.”
