After making the structural repairs, I needed someone to come in and take over the project, creating what I hoped would become a magical guest hideaway. She has blended the old with the new, and though it retains all the charm of the 1920's design, it softly brings in some contemporary elements as well. As soon as you walk in the front door, you feel as though you have entered into this beautiful space, but you totally feel at home. Best of all, Kathleen has a down to earth style that makes you feel so comfortable when you're working together. She listens and incorporates what you are hoping to create into her method of design, and you feel very much a part of all the planning and decisions. Kathleen made doing this project fun, and that in itself is a testimony to her work.”
