“Elaine was a delight to work with. She was very responsive which was such a nice surprise when working with a contractor. She remodeled our kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I have champagne taste and a beer budget. Elaine was communicative, found great substitutes that were in our price range, and gave us a lot of choices. Any issues we have had she immediately responds and coordinates a solution within 24 hrs. Her team was really pleasant to work with.”

Carley introduced me to different tiles that gave depth to my backsplash in the kitchen and color to the niche in my bathroom walk-in shower. “I have worked with Frivilous Cottage Design over many years. My latest work was in the staging of my home as I was hosting my son's wedding brunch. The house really needed an update and Ms. Cashier guided me as I divested of dated items and added current decor, all with good humor and excellent taste. Ms. Cashier is always on time for appointments, meets all deadlines and has vision. I did not know that my home could look this good. “Jeanne was amazing to work with. This project was particularly challenging as we purchased a house from a developer mid construction so had to work with existing elements that had already been selected and blend them with our aesthetic. She helped us select everything: tile, plumbing fixtures, doors, hardware, lighting, counters, backsplash, paint and furnishings to create our dream home! Throughout the process she has been super responsive, organized, detailed, and just a pleasure to work with. We could not had a better experience!”

“Sue is an amazingly talented, creative designer and project manager. We first worked together at our manhattan office when whe transformed a receptionists' area into a small conference room. She thinks out of the box and created a beautiful, useable space that has changed the entrance to our office suite. I found Sue to be such a pleasant, easy going and lovely person with whom to work that I asked her to work on some rooms in our home. She reimagined my home office which always felt cramped and gloomy into an open, modern room which is now our favorite space in the house. We are continuing to work together on updating and modernizing additional rooms. Sue is the best designer and I highly recommend her!”
