She was well-prepared for the consultation during our initial phone call, and took the effort to fully understood what we wanted. She addressed all of our needs and questions, and proposed a plan that is within our budget. Throughout the renovation, she kept a constant line of communication with us to make sure we were aware of what was going on. The project was completed on time and we were very happy that she transformed our den from an empty and unused space into a beautiful guest bedroom with storage in which we very much enjoy spending time. “We recently completed a major renovation on the upper floor of our bungalow. The major part of the reno was to flip the two biggest spaces where our kitchen became our new living room and our living room became our new kitchen. This idea was partly inspired by Christine but completely supported.
We had done virtually nothing to our home since purchasing it in 1995 so this was a very new process for us. Christine was incredibly patient as we considered idea after idea. She had a demeanour that kept us on track and made us feel like our ideas had merit. She wanted us to take the lead on the design because it was our home. But she then took our ideas and created a picture where we could see the transformation from a project to a home.
Christine made this process as easy as it could be for us. She took care of some little things along the way just when she could sense it was a little overwhelming. She was reassuring through the entire process and we felt that her genuine effort to make a personal connection made a huge difference.
Perhaps the biggest compliment we can give her is that when we walked into our new home the project was completed exactly how we envisioned it. And it felt like home. Christine deserves a lot of the credit for making that happen.”

“I would like to thank you for taking the time to help us work through room by room in our new home. Alex was reliable and completed designs, changes, and incorporated our suggestions efficiently. Some of the projects we started with were paint colors, room decoration ideas, wall décor and art placement. Alex suggested painting the space/wall above our mantel to create the illusion of a more grand fireplace and we love it! We also purchased a large mural to go our dining room wall as suggested and guests have complimented the artwork. We then decided to take on the kitchen full gut renovation during the Christmas season. Alex was available to do home visits, answer questions despite it being a very busy time of year. Alex provided us with a number of samples and worked within the types of cabinets we were willing to purchase due to budget. The highlights of our kitchen include a custom oak rangehood, oak open shelving in our island, copper lighting and accents, a 11 foot island and many cabinets to store all of our kitchen items. We worked with Alex to choose fixtures that would work and her honest opinion left us with a glamorous kitchen design! Looking forward to moving into the other rooms to choose wall art, accent walls, and hearing Alex’s suggestions to make our home even more beautiful.”
